My menus are a fusion of Pan- Afro Caribbean and Southern inspired American comfort foods traditionally referred to as "Soul Food". Take a look and your will find a variety of appetizers, entrees, sides and platters.  Menus offered by 40 Acres Soul Kitchen are based on seasonality and availability of quality goods, therefore menus are rotated regularly.

As Owner, I am committed to revolutionizing the way people think of soul food by taking family recipes that have been passed down from generation transforming them into healthier recreations. My specialty dishes include Gumbo, Broiled Fish n' Shrimp, Brown Stew Chicken, Rice n' Peas and Collard Greens.

Chef Q's "At-Your-Home" personal chef services gives my clients the option of having restaurant quality dishes delivered to or prepared in the comforts of home. Home-style dishes are made from scratch and are derived from the freshest meats, produce, herbs and spices available. My clients have the option to purchase their own ingredients from recommended and approved retailers. 

40 Aces Soul Kitchen offers the most diverse and cost-effective menus and services that range from casual to formal and can be customized to include table linens, floral centerpieces and table props.

Self Served 
A casual self-service is set up so that you and your family or guests serve themselves. The menu may include a protein, starch, vegetable, salad and bread. You have the option of customizing your menu by adding appetizers, additional sides, salads, desserts and beverages. Disposable plates, utensils, napkins and condiments can be provided if requested. 

Served Buffet

 A served buffet is set up so that you and your family or guests are served at your table. The menu may include a protein, starch, vegetable, salad and bread. Clients may customize menus by adding appetizers, additional entrees, sides, salads, desserts and beverages. Service includes two servers, disposable plates, utensils, napkins and condiments when necessary.
